Common questions about pricing

Your Aldra Complete subscription covers the platform infrastructure, your implementation, all integrations, dedicated customer success, and unlimited staff accounts. Every feature listed on this page is included for all facilities. There are no feature tiers or add-on modules.
Setup fees are waived for all facilities that go live in 2026. For facilities after this period, a one-time setup fee may apply depending on the complexity of your integration requirements. This is discussed transparently before any contract is signed.
Pilot facilities operate month-to-month. Following a successful pilot, standard subscription terms are a 12-month agreement. We do not require multi-year commitments. Our goal is to earn your renewal, not lock you into it.
Pilot facilities can cancel with 30 days notice. Standard subscribers can cancel at the end of their subscription term. We do not charge early termination fees for pilot facilities. If Aldra is not delivering value, we want to know why, and if we cannot fix it, we will not hold you to the contract.
Yes. Organizations managing two or more facilities may be eligible for volume and multi-facility pricing, and operators with larger portfolios can explore a custom enterprise agreement. Contact us to discuss multi-facility pricing.
